*Description*
The HR and Finance IT Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technologies supporting Human Resources and Finance operations. This role oversees platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday Adaptive Planning, SABA LMS, and Deltek Costpoint and other finance tools ensuring they are configured, integrated, and maintained to meet evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and user expectations. The IT Product Manager brings strong background in HRIS and financial systems, with hands-on experience in system administration, data governance, and cross-platform integration. They will manage vendor relationships, guide system upgrades, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support organizational growth. Key responsibilities include leading system enhancements, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement across payroll, talent management, learning systems, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and a seamless user experience across the employee and financial lifecycle. Define and maintain the technology product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs. Conduct competitive analysis and assess emerging technologies to inform future enhancements and maintain relevance. Backlog & Requirements Management. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-value features using Agile principles. Gather, validate, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement, market research, and data analysis. Product Delivery & Execution. Own the delivery of product releases by setting clear goals and ensuring timely, compliant deployment. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Performance Monitoring & Compliance. Monitor product performance against KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Recommend adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security requirements in all product decisions. Financial & Executive Engagement. Manage product budgets and resource allocation to meet financial targets and maximize ROI. Develop and present product updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making. People Management & Team Leadership. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support career development, performance feedback, and role clarity across product and delivery teams. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
