What to Expect
As a member of the Energy Products System Architecture, Validation & Performance organization, you will project and program manage new/existing engineering initiatives for Megapack, Powerwall, Solar, Supercharging and related products. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between different groups spanning business development, sales, applications, hardware, firmware and software engineering.
You will be immersed in the product development process and will shepherd projects from concept through validation. You will use your engineering background to understand the product hardware and firmware requirements, technical risks and the validation strategy to accelerate the development process. You will communicate and present technical proposals, feature definitions, project status, and develop recovery plans in the event of project slip. On a daily basis, you will interface with cross function teams - systems architecture & modeling, integration & validation, firmware & software, design, compliance, reliability, to define and drive development of new products and features, while also managing changes in existing products. $124,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
