The Scrum Master is a Delivery Expert, assisting teams in reaching and exceeding their goals. This is accomplished by coaching and assisting the team members and product owners/managers, utilizing Agile principles and other various methods.
This role supports multiple teams in the Digital Workplace area and Kanban experience is required for this role. This role has not been approved for sponsorship now or in the future. Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Primary location- Madison, WI 5378 The Boston, MA 02110 location is secondary. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston) Internal candidates are encouraged to apply if located in Madison HQ or Boston HQ.
