You'll assist our Hospitality & Facilities Manager with preparing and serving meals for internal Team Members and company events across multiple locations.   • Strong understanding of culinary methods and kitchen safety

Job Requirements: Is This You?



  • 1-3 years full-service restaurant kitchen experience required.
  • Must possess strong understanding of cooking methods & procedures, and knife handling skills.
  • Prepare food items, following standard recipes and procedures within a specified time.
  • Keep assigned area clean and walk-ins, reach-ins clutter free with restaurant issued cleaning supplies.
  • Cook on an open-flame stove and move food in/out of industrial ovens.
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently, effectively, accurately and quickly to maintain stock of menu items within assigned area.
  • Assist chef in planning menus, ordering supplies, and keeping records and accounts.
  • Responsible for observing and testing foods to ensure proper cooking.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety regulations, ServSafe certification is required, or willing to complete the ServSafe certification within two weeks of hire.
  • Patience and good communication skills required.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving history, required.
  • Basic computer skills, to include Microsoft Outlook and Word, required.
  • Ability to remain standing / walking a minimum of 90% of the scheduled workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and greater.
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and off hours, as needed.
  • Desire to work as part of a Team.
