Job DescriptionSr. Manager, Learning & Talent Development Location Requirement: This role is required to be within a commutable distance of our NYC offices and be in the office as needed for training and facilitation purposes. On a day to day basis, the candidate will be able to choose their work preference. The Role: As the Sr. Manager of Learning & Talent Development, you will oversee the strategy, design, and implementation of programs that enhance employee learning, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. This role is equally focused on Learning & Development and Talent Management, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to capability building, engagement, performance, and succession. You will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to align global talent strategies with business priorities and help shape a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. This role reports directly to our EVP, Chief People Officer. Responsibilities: Learning & Development (50%)
