Posting Date 09/11/2025 5200 Virginia Way,Brentwood,Tennessee,37027,United States of AmericaThe Sr Technical Lead (TL) is an expert who provides technical leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services. The position is responsible for providing technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects to ensure that solutions align with the customer's functional and non-functional requirements as well as with best practices, architecture guidelines, and security and compliance regulations. The Sr. Technical Lead (TL) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects along with the Manager. They are required to learn the full duties of the Development team they support and will be expected to work alongside them. They will also liaise with the PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. The Sr. TL must be able to drive Development components of Agile scrum teams and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES In order of significance, list the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and the typical % of time spent performing them. Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads 25% 2. Systems development and support. Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications 25% 3. Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions 20% 4. Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project 15% 5. Best practices design and development. Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects 10% 6. Other duties as assigned. 5% Total Allocation of Time 100% EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Select the level of experience and education typically required to accomplish this job. 0 to 2 years High School Diploma 2 to 4 years Vocational/Technical School Certificate Degree EXPERIENCE 4 to 6 years EDUCATION Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship 6 to 8 years Bachelor's Degree 8 to 10 years Master's Degree 10+ years Doctoral Degree SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Describe any specific or preferred education and experience criteria (i.e. Bachelor's Degree preferred or Management experience required) Previous experience as Technical Lead/Architect Required Preferred Min. 5yrs experience working in a matrix organization Required Preferred Excellent communication skills Required Preferred 2-4yrs of Healthcare Experience Required Preferred High level of expertise in any (one or more) of the following:

Travel: Up to 25% Nights/Weekends: As needed LANGUAGE SKILLS WORK ENVIRONMENT Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position. Level III - Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic).
