Job Summary:
The Logistics Supervisor manages the efficient planning, execution, and tracking of materials and equipment for the M1 Support
Services AMS contract, ensuring compliance with Company and PWS requirements. Key duties include supervising
Union supply
staff, optimizing manpower, managing inventory and warehouse operations, coordinating with maintenance management, and
ensuring timely delivery to meet mission requirements. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of military logistics systems, and the
ability to analyze and improve processes are crucial for success in this role.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Implements logistics programs, procedures, movement, and storage of materials across the FT Novosel Aviation Maintenance
Services Program IAW the PWS, Army, USAF, FAA, and company guidance.
* Ensures proper inventory control planning and scheduling to meet contractual commitments.
* Provides direct supervision over the Warehouse SSA.
* Oversees the requisitioning effort, provides oversight for tracking materials and supplies, and periodically examines materials
delivered to the different airfields and work centers to verify conformance to specifications.
* Oversees the coordination of the clerical and manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, turn-in and issuance of
parts, materials, supplies and equipment.
* Assist in the planning and projection of total material requirements program wide.
* Demonstrates continuous effort to improve logistics operations and protect resources.
* Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism.
* Ensures compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and company policies relating to
logistics operations.
* Ensures sufficient material, manpower, technical data, tools and equipment are available to meet PWS requirements.
* Monitors attendance, approves timecards, assigns overtime.
* Applies Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and termination of employees.
* Ensures employees possess the training and equipment necessary to comply with regulatory requirements.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Army aviation logistics and supply chain supervisory experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in related field desired.
* Must be highly knowledgeable in logistical systems/plans, regulatory standards, Army supply and delivery procedures.
* Able to obtain/maintain security clearance as required by PWS.
* Must have a comprehensive understanding of aircraft maintenance, supply, safety, and quality control procedures in a military
aviation environment.
* Must be proficient in MS Office.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Must be able to moves about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within close proximity of running
equipment and aircraft.
* Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and
non-confrontational attitude.
* Must be able to work evening and/or night shift as necessary.

* The Logistics Supervisor typically works both in an office setting, outdoors, and in hangar/warehouse environments, requiring a
balance of administrative tasks and hands-on management. They may work longer hours occasionally, especially if project
deadlines approach or manning needs dictate the necessity of assistance and must be prepared to address issues that arise on-site.
