Brand Engagement & Management Strategist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our efforts in brand engagement and development, focusing on marketing our advanced technology solutions and communicating their impact through various modes and media. In this role, you will utilize comprehensive knowledge and expertise in human-centered design, project management, event coordination, stakeholder or customer communication, business strategy and development, and impact metrics. You will demonstrate a strong leadership presence, strategic thinking and planning skills, and the ability to facilitate workshops and conversations with senior leaders. You will participate in events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings as needed, and work independently as well as collaboratively within team environments.

What You'll Work On:

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for brand engagement to effectively market advanced technology solutions.

• Assist in leading human-centered design initiatives to ensure marketing and branding strategies resonate with target audiences.

• Manage and coordinate various marketing, communication, and engagement events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.

• Facilitate strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, assisting with continuous engagement and communication.

• Conduct and facilitate workshops and strategic conversations with senior leaders to align marketing and branding efforts with business objectives.

• Analyze and report on impact metrics to measure the success of branding and engagement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

• Support cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Assist in developing compelling tech storytelling narratives that communicate the value and innovation of our technology solutions across various media.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing advanced tech solutions, particularly within artificial intelligence.

• Identify and assist in pursuing new business development opportunities, aligning with strategic objectives and company growth plans.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with professional project management

• Experience with human-centered design and strategy

• Experience with branding or advertising, marketing communications, and business development

• Experience facilitating workshops and strategic conversations with senior leaders

• Knowledge of technology, including artificial intelligence

• Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Technology field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with visual or graphic design and 3D modeling, including contributing to the creation of engaging and innovative brand assets

• Experience with technical writing and copywriting, ensuring clear and compelling storytelling across various channels

• Experience in tech storytelling, human-centered design projects, and successful brand engagement initiatives

• Possession of excellent leadership skills

• Possession of excellent strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills

• Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills
