Engineer I

About the Position:

The Engineer I supports customers through technical documentation, issue resolution, and project coordination from product trials to mass production, ensuring smooth product integration and support throughout the production lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update technical support documents and provide technical support and consultation to customers.
• Document product information and specifications based on customer requirements.
• Provide customers with appropriate testing tools, analyze issues, and resolve problems encountered during mass production.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project progress, and any questions arising during product trials, pilot projects, and mass production.
• Track project progress and assist the Project Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance
• A bachelor's degree in the specialized field; or a bachelor's degree in any field, from an accredited college or university, with 2 years of specialized experience.
