About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and onboarding processes. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Recruitment Support

    • Post job openings on internal platforms and external job boards
    • Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach and scheduling
    • Help manage and update data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Support sourcing efforts via LinkedIn and other channels
    • Participate in coordination and logistics for interviews (virtual & in-person)
    • Assist with recruitment analytics, metrics, and reporting
    • Conduct industry and competitor research to support hiring strategies
    • Assist in organizing early talent outreach efforts, such as career fairs or university engagement
    • Contribute to candidate communications and engagement initiatives
    • Support Emerging Talent programs/Early career recruiting




  • Onboarding Support

    • Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire documentation
    • Coordinate onboarding activities such as orientation scheduling and welcome kits
    • Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and submitted on time
    • Help maintain onboarding checklists and tracking tools
    • Follow up with new hires to support a smooth integration into the organization





Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Eagerness to learn about HR and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
