Responsible for productivity, quality and service, strategic planning and continuous improvement of the phlebotomy program with strict adherence to regulatory requirements

Essential Functions: Knows, observes, updates, and implements policies and procedures.

-Creates and implements policies relating to Phlebotomy Services.

-Maintain knowledge and teach the proper procedure for the collection, processing, and shipping of blood for diagnostics' testing.

-Responds to escalated service issues in a manner that maintains client business and build relationships.

-Prepares for compliance audits related to mobile phlebotomy program.

Education
Associate's Degree Phlebotomy required or Bachelor's Degree Phlebotomy preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in phlebotomy 3-5 years required and Prior supervisory experience 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- In depth knowledge of phlebotomy regulatory requirements.
- Proficient with statistical and computer productivity software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated training skills.
