Join IMEG as an Innovation Specialist (Parametric Engineering) New Grad in either St Louis, MO or San Francisco, CA. The Innovation Specialist 1 supports the firm's parametric and structural engineering innovation efforts, contributing both technical and engineering judgment to early-stage innovation initiatives. This role focuses on developing, testing, and validating parametric tools that enhance structural engineering workflows, enabling greater efficiency, accuracy, and integration with design platforms. The position also provides technical assistance, documents workflows, and applies new technologies that support the firm's strategic projects. As an entry-level position, it offers foundational training in the principles of innovation within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, with opportunities to shadow senior specialists and actively contribute to innovation tasks that directly advance project delivery and design capabilities. Locations available: Salary Range $75,000 - $78,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
