Frontier Communications Parent, Inc.has a full time opening for Engineer, Software IIIin Dallas, TX. Remote work benefit available. Employee can work from anywhere in the U.S.

Duties are: Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Writing and executing unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality of software. Debugging and resolving technical issues that arise during development and testing. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members. Documenting code and maintaining technical documentation for software applications. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering. Participating in agile software development processes, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or an IT related field. Higher degree accepted but not required. plus 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer or in a role/capacity engaged in software development. Special requirements - Experience must include 5 years in the following:



  • in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, or C++);
  • with software development methodologies (Agile and Scrum);
  • with software development tools (Git, Jira, and Jenkins);
  • utilizing problem-solving skills and working collaboratively in a team environment;
  • with software development projects;
  • utilizing Sales Force and/or Vlocity;
  • utilizing Lightening and/or OmniScript.
