Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Communications Lead develops, manages, and analyzes AMIkids' digital presence to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive growth across multiple platforms. Focuses on social media strategy and content creation, website management, digital fundraising campaigns, and online advertising.

Essential Job Duties



  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications to design and implement digital strategies that support brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement,
  • Develop, write, edit, and manage compelling content and graphics for AMIkids' social media channels, ensuring consistent presence and alignment with organizational goals,
  • Monitor and analyze social media and website performance; prepare reports and dashboards to communicate results and make recommendations for continuous improvement,
  • Manage and update AMIkids.org and affiliate Program website pages, ensuring accuracy, usability, SEO best practices, and accessibility compliance,
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase online visibility,
  • Launch and manage geotargeting campaigns, text-to-donate campaigns, and other digital fundraising initiatives,
  • Manage Google Ads spend and optimize campaigns to maximize impact and ROI,
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories and create engaging digital content that advances the AMIkids mission,
  • Manage creation of and content for Classy digital fundraising website pages,
  • Stay current on emerging digital trends and tools to recommend new opportunities for growth and engagement,
  • May drive for work related duties,
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing, communications, and/or social media management,
  • Proven success in managing social media platforms, building engagement, and growing audiences,
  • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar), SEO optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.),
  • Experience with paid digital campaigns including Google Ads and geo-targeting campaigns preferred,
  • Familiarity with email marketing, fundraising platforms (Classy), and digital advertising strategies preferred,
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools,
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills,
  • Videography and photography skills a plus.
