Quality Supervisor

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in quality management will make a real impact. Staffmark is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee and support the Quality Department, ensure compliance with steel grade requirements, and lead quality initiatives across the site.

Pay: $85K+ (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the Quality team, covering for managers as needed
• Maintain lab equipment and support inline NDT inspections
• Oversee inspections, nonconforming material disposition, and shipping inspections
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company safety standards
• Liaise with customers and sales regarding product quality
• Provide training and technical guidance to quality team members
• Travel occasionally as required

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree preferred (or equivalent military experience) plus 2 years manufacturing experience
• 5+ years in a Quality role, including 2+ years in a supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of product specifications, ISO 9001 systems, and NDE inspection (API experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
