The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Program Coordinator provides evaluation and assessment for the CCBHC-IA grant by capturing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement by using data from electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

  • MA required with background in program evaluation and/or research in Mental Health, Social Services, Public Health or a closely related field.
  • Database management and the ability to complete sophisticated statistical analyses.
  • Experience in the use of software for quantitative data analysis, including advanced skill in Excel is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills to effectively work and communicate with clients, service providers, hospital staff and TRAC team.
  • Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to correctly interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures, regulations, and standards in a consistent, systematic manner.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with data analytics, outcomes, reporting and computer science technologies preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm onsite each day
  • Full-time (FT)

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and monitor all data collection methods and reporting of performance measures at the clinic-level, with a focus on the quality measures required under the CCBHC Certification Criteria.
  • Develop data collection workflows and facilitation of data collection protocols including extracting data from existing clinical documents.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress towards goals and objectives, measure impact, effectiveness, sustainability, clinical best practice as well as access and outcomes for disparate populations.
  • Monitor progress towards project goals and objectives, effectiveness, impact and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the CCBHC Grant Project Director, the National Evaluation Team, and other program staff, including attending meetings, trainings, and supervision.
  • Conduct data analysis and meaningfully interpret all program data.
  • Responsible for reporting on program data in the annual progress performance report and participate in all aspects of the National Evaluation of the program.
  • Present written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings.
  • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management
