We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our North America Billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our Pricing and Billing applications from conception to implementation and go to market. You will work closely with product, business owners, engineering, design, operations and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality billing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. About the team The Product team delivers best in class pricing, billing and reconciliation experiences for our North America customers while simplifying and enhancing process for our internal operational teams. We manage a complex billing system with top-tier technology, adhering to high industry standards. You will join a successful SAFe aligned team of product owners, each supporting a dedicated scrum team. About the Role: You'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering market-competitive pricing and billing solutions for North America. You'll help define our vision, roadmap and manage the product backlog.
