Overview

The Accounts Payable Mail Specialist calls for an individual who is able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position focuses on daily handling, researching, and processing of Accounts Payable and distributing company mail/packages.

Responsibilities

Proficient use of computers and data entry

Use of FedEx system
Use of Postage meter
Scans invoices electronically into computer imaging system
Opens, research, codes, and distributes daily Accounts Payable and Payroll mail
Maintains AP operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Use of stuffer machine for AP checks and letters from other departments
Distribute mail/packages throughout the building on multiple floors

Qualifications

High school GED preferred
Mailroom experience preferred
Accounts Payable experience preferred
Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive materials.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Travel 0-25%
