Senior Salesforce Developer The Sr. Salesforce Developer will help lead the architectural design, development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud in a Lightning environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and collaboration skills to deliver scalable, high-performance products and integrations that meet complex business needs. Responsibilities include building advanced Apex-based solutions, designing and building intricate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and scalable Experience Cloud portals. The Sr. Developer will drive integrations with third-party platforms, legacy systems, and AppExchange products, ensuring robust performance, security, and maintainability. They will mentor junior developers, guide technical strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals. Areas of Focus:
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role. Candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in a related discipline may qualify with fewer years of experience. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, Architect-level) are strongly preferred. Critical Experience & Skills: Advanced Salesforce Expertise - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role, specializing in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven success in large enterprise environments Apex Mastery - Extensive experience in architecting complex Apex solutions, including trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, and robust test classes. Proficiency in building secure integrations using Apex REST, SOAP, and Platform Events. Experience Cloud - Expertise in designing, developing, and scaling Experience Cloud portals, including advanced custom front-end development, user experience optimization, and handling large-scale implementations (>2M users) Lightning Web Components - Advanced proficiency in building performant, reusable LWCs, leveraging modern JavaScript, SLDS, and best practices for modular development OmniStudio - proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio, including expertise in architecting complex OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to create scalable, user-centric digital experiences Flow - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flow, including complex screen flows, autolaunched flows, and integrations with external systems for process automation. System Integration - Extensive experience with inbound and outbound API integrations, including error handling, retry mechanisms, and secure data transmission using Apex REST, SOAP, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) Security and Architecture - Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (OWD, sharing rules, profiles, roles) and designing secure, scalable solutions for multi-customer orgs. Expertise in optimizing for governor limits and performance. Mentorship and Collaboration - Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
