This position is onsite and pays $100k per year.




  • General Experience:

    Requires program management experience supported by strong project management experience, and strong understanding of the appropriate programs and associated market. Must have demonstrated ability in effective oral and written communication, planning and supervisory, leadership and operational skills. Must have financial skills combined with the ability to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.

    Functional Job Responsibilities:



    • Works closely with senior management in aspects of operational and financial oversight.
    • Manages and directs activities in the planning, development and implementation of new business.
    • Ensures employees have the necessary tools and training to perform their jobs in compliance and company policies.
    • Ensures that program functions in a manner that satisfies contractual obligations and develops timely and accurate reports on the status of operations.
    • Focuses on consistent quality of all services by developing and maintaining an environment promoting excellence in all operations.



    Minimum Experience/Education/Certification:



    • Bachelors or Master's degree in related field or equivalent combination of formal education and experience (5 years of directly related experience with substitute for education).
    • Requires 5 plus years of program management experience
