Overview
The Director of Perioperative Services has leadership accountability for planning, facilitating, and monitoring the day-to-day activities and functions of the key Perioperative Departments and services in the East Region. Through partnership with dyad physician leaders, direct accountability for defined operational departments, and collaboration with physicians the Director will achieve efficient, effective and patient focused care within the scope of operations. Formulate and implements tactical plans to ensure alignment with Carle Surgical Services' strategic initiatives and achievement of defined operating outcomes. Leads staff and physicians to ensure structures and processes are hardwired to achieve established quality metrics, physician & staff engagement, patient experience outcomes, growth targets, and budgetary targets. Accountable to ensure readiness for state, federal, and local surveys and accreditations. Qualifications Certifications:

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $67.87per hour - $116.74per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
