Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the playground manufacturing sector.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and trade show participation.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and customer needs.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, media outlets, distributors, and industry partners.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases, with a focus on playground products and solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in playground manufacturing and marketing.
Other Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the manufacturing or outdoor recreation industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for event coordination.
Computer Skills: * Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media platforms.

Bachelors of Marketing (required)
Experience
2 years: Managerial Experience (preferred)
5 years: Marketing Experience (preferred)
