Position Types:
Temporary employees provide administrative and professional support in a wide range of areas, including but not limited to:
- Front office reception and departmental support
- Scheduling, event coordination, and customer service
- Human resources and payroll assistance
- Student services and academic program support
- Data entry, reporting, and records management
- Special projects and research-related tasks
Assignments vary in duration, ranging from seasonal projects to long-term coverage, based on department needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred for many roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work collaboratively
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
