Supports inbound and outbound sales efforts by applying developed knowledge of electrical products, customer needs, and sales processes. Works under moderate supervision to handle routine transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and supports the sales organization in achieving revenue goals. Uses established procedures to identify solutions in straightforward situations, make sound decisions, and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, professional service. Champions digital adoption to streamline interactions, enhance responsiveness, and elevate the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
