Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a systems engineer for the Littoral Combat Ship, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for completing AIT installations onboard US Navy ships along with supporting sustainment activities onboard US Navy ships. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: TSCE knowledge, VMware knowledge, Fiber Termination skills, copper connector skills, Navigation knowledge, network knowledge (Cisco switches) and ECS (engineering control system) knowledge. Anticipate travel could be up to 50% at times based on location of the US Navy Ships. Target salary range: USD $80,024.00/Yr. - USD $86,589.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
