Los Angeles - Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance (Special Counsel or Senior Associate)

Qualifications: Milbank seeks a Special Counsel or Senior Associate with experience advising on complex structured financial transactions for energy project developers, investors, and lenders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in renewable project finance as well as tax credit monetization and energy transition transactions.

Candidates should bring a proven track record of leading sophisticated transactions at a top-tier law firm or in-house, with strong academic credentials and deep industry knowledge in natural resources and infrastructure. Business acumen, client development experience, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers are highly valued.

Salary Range: $390,000 - $455,000
