We are looking for a Lead Operations Supervisor for our Frankfort, IN facility! The Lead Operations Supervisor at Tenneco Frankfort is responsible to oversee and lead the full plant operations primarily during the day shift. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday day shift. Interested applicants should also have weekend availability as there is flexibility to work hours outside of the referenced day shift hours.This includes the responsibility over the production supervisors, as well as responsibility for the production's safety, quality, performance, and equipment effectiveness during that period. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment, ensuring adherence to process and procedure standards, and aiming for a highly cost-effective and competitive performance. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of manufacturing (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience). Experience in a unionized environment is preferred. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
