JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Performs a variety of complex clerical and other supportive duties requiring considerable independent judgment and action with minimal supervision. This role involves providing essential administrative support to the assessment team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of assessment processes. The assistant acts as a key contact for stakeholders, manages documentation, and coordinates assessment schedules to facilitate timely and effective service delivery. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Associate's degree required. With Director approval, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education. Years of Experience Six months to one year of related experience and/or training required. Required Certification/Licensure Must possess a valid driver's license, have unlimited access to personal transportation and meet the agency requirements for auto insurance. Must also meet the agency requirements regarding use of agency vehicles in the transportation of clients. Must be able to pass a DCFS background check, criminal background check to include fingerprinting, and nurse's aide registry check.
