About the Job:

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to drive client success by building and activating paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You'll support clients through the full lifecycle of paid social activities, from planning and analysis to reporting and optimization, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Implement and manage paid social campaigns, ensuring timely setup, QA and optimization.
  • Oversee billing actualization, invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Media and Account Leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices in Paid Social.
  • Contribute to strategy development, client presentations and professional growth.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ year of paid social experience, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong team collaboration skills with excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta) and latest industry trends.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 annually.
