About the Job:

As a Senior Project Manager at SOLVE(D), you will be a seasoned professional who expertly manages day-to-day business operations, project delivery, and resource management for media accounts. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive project success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in data analysis, project reporting, and process development. They will serve as a key cornerstone of the project team, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of high-quality work.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage file organization and share drive navigation to ensure accessibility, compliance, and audit readiness across teams.
  • Coordinate with Finance and vendors to support purchase order creation, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Foster relationships with Shared Service teams to ensure efficient and accurate non-media transactions.
  • Analyze and improve internal operations, identifying areas for change, improvement, and enhancement.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting to clients through auditing and process standardization.
  • Provide training and support to internal and client team members on account processes and project management best practices.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in media or consulting, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Advanced skills in Smartsheets and Excel for project management, data analysis, and reporting, with experience in Asana, MS Teams, and/or Sharepoint a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to articulate complex results to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior leads on agency and client sides.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 annually.
