What you'll do:
SUMMARY We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Accounting Clerk for a temporary position within our finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments, all while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the research of invoices that need corrections in our current ERP system while utilizing a historical ERP system. * Work proficiently an excel to track the changes made to invoices as well as the adjustments needed in the current ERP system. * Aid in pulling invoices from customers accounts receivable statements to send for collections. * Have great time management skills, solving problem skills, and the ability to work independently once trained. * Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, mainly Teams and Excel, required. Plex, Quickbooks, and Acctivate knowledge preferred but not required. What you need to be successful:
