Part-Time Archiving Assistant (College Student Opportunity)

Who We're Looking For
Inotiv's Evansville site is seeking a motivated college student (must be at least 18 years old) to join our team in a part-time role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional, science-driven environment while balancing school.

What You'll Do

• Help organize and set up a new database system

• Enter study reports and archival records into the database

• Maintain proper storage and organization of documents

• Retrieve records for Inotiv staff when needed

• Assist with filing and tracking facility records

• Support other company initiatives and projects as directed

• Handle confidential information responsibly

What You'll Need

• Ability to read, write, and follow written/oral instructions in English

• Comfort with computers (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

• Ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform basic repetitive motions

Additional Notes

• This role involves working with archived materials, some of which may require protective gear (gloves, mask, safety glasses)

• Candidates must complete a TB test (or chest X-ray) before starting

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
