The Learning Experience Training Manager will be responsible for the learning experience execution across the divisions within the Ecolab Global Water Group. Primary responsibilities include partnering with sales, leadership, and technical practice leaders, and global training leaders to design and develop innovative, learner-centered, and impactful learning experiences that enable the achievement of strategic business objectives. This role requires demonstrated skill in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology, multimedia development, and on-the-job reinforcement. What You Will Do
- Be nimble, resilient, and adaptable to the ever-changing environment and offer creative solutions based on experience and industry trends.
- Enable our sales team to provide best-in-class sales and service to customers. Create innovative learning curriculum for this audience by applying knowledge and skills in instructional design, development processes, tools, strategies, various delivery modalities, on-the-job application, and evaluation methods.
- Assign and monitor training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Work with subject matter experts and colleagues to identify the root cause of organizational talent gaps that limit the achievement of the business strategy.
- Collaborate across the department, functions and businesses we support by leveraging strong interpersonal skills to discern individual needs that result in the best outcome for all parties involved.
- Demonstrate strong project management and ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight deadlines and communicating project updates.
- Coach facilitators on effective classroom management and learner engagement techniques.
- Effectively promote and market training as a strong business partner by demonstrating business acumen and helping to solve business problems.
- Advise and oversee third-party design teams to ensure training assets meet quality standards, align with learning objectives, and reflect Ecolab's strategic goals.
- Stay current on learning theory, instructional design, delivery methods, and best practices with a focus on sales enablement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience related to instructional design; competency-based program design; innovative live and virtual classroom design; complex, multi-media-rich e-learning experience design; hands-on digital and experience design; and instructional technology.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging instructional design principles and learner-centered design methodologies with a demonstrated application through innovative learning experiences.
- Demonstrated ability and passion for creating modern, visually appealing content for today's learners that is easy to consume, including digital content (e-learning, videos), PowerPoint, job aids.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft tools and Articulate 360
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant certification in learning, organizational development, human resources or leadership development.
- Knowledge of and practical experience in applying behavioral, performance, and learning best practices and theories.
- Expert proficiency with SharePoint, Camtasia (or other video editing software), Workday, Learning Management Systems, and/or other related talent technology and social collaboration tools.
- Experience working in a global organization where interaction across geographies, functions, and business units is key to success, including managing the creation of learning solutions in multiple languages

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
