Location Norfolk, VA - Norfolk, VA 23501 US (Primary) Category Information Technology Job Description Our team has a Cost Analyst position available in Norfolk, VA. Primary responsibilities include: * Perform Functional Economic Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the costs of alternative ways to accomplish functional objectives. The FEA states investment costs, benefits, and risks as a net change to the functional baseline cost, the cost of doing business now and in the future. Ensuring that cross-functionality, security, and other integration issues are addressed * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Access), strong working knowledge of project accounting * Anticipate and mitigate potential budget and scope change impacts * Handle multiple complex projects and tasks and work closely day to day with the project managers and other project controls analysts * Develop strong internal and external client working relationships.
