Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, California State University, San Marcos, is recruiting an Assistant Director, Fraternity and Sorority Life to join their team on-site in San Marcos, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Greek life at CSUSM and create an inclusive, vibrant student experience. Here's a little about the Role: California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM) is seeking an Assistant Director, Fraternity & Sorority Life to join the Student Leadership & Involvement Center (SLIC). In this role, you'll serve as the primary campus liaison for all fraternity and sorority stakeholders, providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction for a vibrant community of 18 recognized Greek organizations. You'll advise and support multiple governing councils and organizations, including: Greek Leadership Council (GLC)
This is an opportunity to shape the future of Greek life at CSUSM by developing leadership capacity, fostering inclusivity, and strengthening community engagement. You'll work closely with students, advisors, faculty, and national partners to enhance programming, expand leadership opportunities, and elevate the overall fraternity and sorority experience.
