Overview

CGL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This role emphasizes strong HVAC expertise, along with general building maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
  • Oversee renovations and new construction under the Facility Manager's guidance.
  • Maintain communication with clients and ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities.
  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED; advanced training in building maintenance preferred.
  • 4-6 years of building maintenance experience; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
  • Must be physically capable of performing the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
