The Risk Management team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Risk Management Team is responsible for supporting field operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all project phases. This includes ensuring compliance, managing insurance and liability concerns, and developing proactive strategies to reduce exposure to operational, financial, and reputational risks. The team also provides logistical support such as establishing risk-related protocols for Haskell's fleet of vehicles as well as multiple types of equipment utilized on job sites around the world. Continuous training is offered to team members to enhance their understanding of risk principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Joining our Risk Management Team will enable you to protect Haskell as we build the buildings on which people depend, collaborating with your team to overcome obstacles and fix problems using your skills. Strong networks are formed because everyone on the team depends on each and every team member to get the job done.

In this role, you will leverage the use your experience and studies to assist the Risk Management team in a variety of capacities.

Job Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with all personnel within the Risk Management Department on a variety of insured and self-insured risks.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management Department to review Certificates of Insurance for compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Insurance Manager on any audit related data and submissions.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager to ensure ail projects are adequately protected by property, casualty, and builder's risk insurance. Help the Risk Manager obtain applications and quotes to support said projects

Education/Experience:

  • College student or high school senior/graduate with Revit experience

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated worker with high attention to detail and analytical skills preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft products.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and read application/form information.
