The Risk Management team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Risk Management Team is responsible for supporting field operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all project phases. This includes ensuring compliance, managing insurance and liability concerns, and developing proactive strategies to reduce exposure to operational, financial, and reputational risks. The team also provides logistical support such as establishing risk-related protocols for Haskell's fleet of vehicles as well as multiple types of equipment utilized on job sites around the world. Continuous training is offered to team members to enhance their understanding of risk principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices. In this role, you will leverage the use your experience and studies to assist the Risk Management team in a variety of capacities. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with all personnel within the Risk Management Department on a variety of insured and self-insured risks.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and read application/form information.
