SUMMARY


Responsible for handling various administrative functions necessary for call center agencies, including the areas of marketing and sales administration, client meetings, new business enrollments and processing, compliance, IT support, and general administrative support for team needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides support for new and existing relationships.

Prepares and delivers call center proposals.

Acts as liaison within support teams for special marketing agreements and COOP reconciliations.

Proactively reaches out to existing agents for carrier items, certification calls, promotion of webinars, and co-op reimbursement process.

Acts as liaison within support teams for escalations related to new business, commissions, contracting, and technology platforms.

Helps agents in website navigation/supply ordering/commission statements, and app status.

Confidentially handles client files, maintaining accurate records and security of files in alignment with compliance procedures and standards.

Resolves escalated agent concerns or issues.

Acts as a resource to the team by sharing their knowledge of the different lines of business product types, and answering questions as appropriate.

Maintains expert knowledge of carrier processes and procedures.

Recruit 1-2 call center agencies annually.





QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED, required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) or more years of administrative experience in a sales or recruiting environment, a health/life insurance agency, or a financial services office

Experience with Senior Health Insurance/Medicare plans - quoting, plan selection, client enrollment

Active Health & Life Insurance License

SKILLS

Knowledge of the general industry procedures, standards, systems, resources, practices, and terminology

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws as well as industry regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders

Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and presentation skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
