Managing Director, Relationship Management What We Need We are looking for a Managing Director, Relationship Management to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. In this role, the MD will lead the Strategic Relationship Management initiatives focusing on 1) Client retention, relationship elevation, re-sell activities and increase overall client loyalty, 2) Grow the portfolio with a combination of VUM addition, increased service penetration and value-based pricing, and 3) Partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to elevate the overall client experience (NPS>50) and enable the streamlining of end-end process for operational excellence. The MD will lead a team of Relationship Managers (executing with Commercial Operating Discipline), engage with client executives as a trusted advisor and with internal stakeholders with an enterprise mindset. Incumbent must have a deep understanding of the business operating process, the offer of products and services and demonstrated leadership in elevating client relationships for mutual benefit and/or successfully led sales or relationship management teams.

Competencies
The hiring base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
