Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States The Manager AML/CFT leads a team of associates responsible for ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, risk mitigation, regulatory reporting, and investigations, while also participating in broader compliance initiatives and fostering a strong compliance culture within the bank. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking or other related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking or other related experience License or Certification Type: CAMS preferred Skill(s): Knowledge of internal controls design and performance, spreadsheets, and databases , Ability to interpret and analyze complex regulatory concepts , AML suspicious activity monitoring systems knowledge , Thorough understanding of Bank Operations, regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices , Ability to interpret complex regulations and devise logical solutions , Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage change This job posting is expected to remain active for 5 days from the initial posting date listed above. The base pay for this position is generally between $98,000 and $150,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
