About the Role

The Senior Manager, Paralegal and Contracts, manages all legal queries on, and assists Talogy in entering into, customer and vendor contracts related to the operation of Talogy and its affiliates, and assists others in legal compliance with various laws and regulations across the world (although this role has a primary focus on US groups). The Senior Manager, Paralegal and Contracts, is a critical and trusted role ensuring that Talogy's contracts with third parties are in line with Talogy's internal legal standards, managing the entire contract life cycle, and assisting the various internal teams with a timely response to any other legal queries.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible working through Monday-Friday office hours. The role can be performed remotely, with limited opportunities to travel.

Role Responsibilities



  • Analyzing contractual and legal-related requests from each program vertical.
  • Drafting agreements, statements of work, and all related contractual documentation associated with each program vertical.
  • Reviewing and redlining any agreements, SOW's, etc., received from clients.
  • Management of US Corporate Compliance
  • Leading client agreement negotiations via email and/or telephone conferences.
  • Maintaining the necessary clearance for TSA and CBP to be able to support our Government program. * Support with Consulting and Technical Operations on managing content partner agreements, including the review of current agreements, analyzing current relationships, and participating in any internal contract reviews and external contract negotiations.


  • Review of all requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Project management during the RFP process by assisting with the management of requests that need to be actioned upon by Compliance (ISCO), People Operations, Accounting, and/or Executive leadership.
  • Liaise with Sales, Consulting, and leadership teams for all Talogy legal requests, including but not limited to agreement issues, candidate issues, IP issues, etc., and escalate to the General Counsel as necessary.
  • Manage the flow of security questionnaires, DPAs, and other security and/or compliance requests between the Talogy requestor and ISCO.
  • Other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.



Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a senior contracts manager, preferably with some experience in the talent management industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal contractual principles.
  • Demonstrable previous experience in contracts management for a mid-to-large-sized organisation. * Experience in managing and guiding junior contracts administrators is desirable.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client legal teams, Talogy senior management, and Sales teams.
  • Board-based knowledge of, and experience with IP Law (including trademarks) is preferred. * Experience in a fast-paced environment.
