Position Summary:
This is the intermediate level of the Marketing Consultant job hierarchy. Employees at this level perform assignments more complex in nature with general supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with greater independence. They effectively apply fundamental concepts to work that is fairly complex and varied.
Responsibilities:
Provides marketing expertise and guidance for will defined marketing plans and associated campaigns for customer facing programs and products, including creative strategy and channel alignment. Contributes to the translation of product goals into marketing goals to ensure that annual market plans are developed and then executed as planned, including dynamic customer targeting. This position deals with changing priorities and differing situations and makes decisions that may affect the work of the team. Prepares work in the support of both external and internal marketing messages, marketing channels and paid and earned media opportunities. Also may works with Corporate Communications on creative development that meet product goals and aligns with the brand. Conducts analysis of marketing channels. Provides insight into internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues; provides insights into marketing execution. May interface with regulatory affairs, program management, customer service, corporate communications, legal and other key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on the marketing plans. Contributes to outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data.
Required/Basic Qualifications

Experience developing and executing energy-efficiency and income-qualified marketing campaigns & strategies. Proven ability to build and manage annual marketing plans aligned to business objectives. Demonstrated success in contributing to EBITDA goals. Background in planning and managing omni-channel marketing campaigns, including portfolio-based campaigns. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies to deliver campaigns.
