Regional Sales Manager \| Monroe Truck Equipment \| Remote Regular Employee \| Salary Exempt Summary As the Regional Sales Manager for MN, ND, and SD, you'll be instrumental in accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service through our trusted distribution network. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Proven success in sales or account management roles Mechanical aptitude (Preferred) Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Highly organized and reputable strong time management skills Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory and to Monroe locations Why Monroe Truck Equipment?
