The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. The team drives global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention.

In this role, you will help drive strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success for Adobe's Document Cloud and Creative Cloud portfolio across the Americas region. You will influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data and business trends, and make data-driven decisions that translate into impactful recommendations for customer acquisition and monetization.

What You'll Do

  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and drive Adobe's business forward.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, analytics, and commerce teams to understand business trends and develop insights across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
  • Perform data analysis and deep dives into customer segments, their challenges, and behaviors to build out optimal customer journeys that generate incremental revenue while improving relevancy.
  • Prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g., segment, route-to-market, journey etc.) and develop business cases to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement)
  • Create an end-to-end execution plan for your proposed strategies and programs, including a measurement framework to assess performance and market impact.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results.
  • Attention to detail; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on business case analyses.
  • Proven to be successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in highly cross functional and matrixed settings.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data from multiple sources such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
  • Great sense of humor!
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,300 -- $179,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
