GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates with the health care team. Demonstrates clinical competence. RN will be performing Annual Medicare Wellness visits for Medicare population RN will be split between two offices (both located next to one another and share a waiting room). See below for location/schedule. Byron Medical Group, 1225 S. Latson Rd, Suite 350, Howell, MI 48843 on Mondays 8:30 to 5; Tuesday 8:30 to 12; Thursday 8:30 to 5. Premier Family Medicine, 1225 S. Latson Rd, suite 340, Howell MI 48843 on Tuesday afternoons 12:30 to 5; Wednesday 8:30 to 5 and Fridays 8:30 to 5. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Maintains and demonstrates current clinical knowledge in area of specialty. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical group personnel. Preferred experience in the specialty. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS through the American Heart Association. Additional Information
