What you will do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Sales Analyst to join our fast-growing equipment sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a data-rich organization with immense potential to uncover strategic insights that will shape the future of the business. The ideal person for this position will have a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically to maximize value for the team.

In this role, you will leverage quantitative skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making to support bid pricing strategies, sales business reviews, and other cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with sales leadership and other key stakeholders to analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and drive business performance.

How you will do it

  • Manage online and excel-based pricing tools.

  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to support ad hoc analysis needs.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports for the global Equipment organization.

  • Tell the story behind the data and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

  • Support Equipment North America and Global Data Center sales organizations

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or business support role (internships welcome).

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Basic understanding of financial principles and pricing concepts.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).

  • SQL or other data querying skills.

  • Exposure to pricing, sales, or operations support functions.
