Description

  • Manage MBF (MyBoeingFleet) tracking for updated Flight and Maintenance manuals, ensuring the most current versions are uploaded to designated sites
  • Responsible for the publishing and distribution of all corporate publications and manuals
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to adhere to FAA guidelines and airline regulations
  • Provides assistance to contributors in the form of support and training
  • Prepare both paper and electronic publications for end-user (EFB (Electronic Flight Bag)/Comply365 and maintenance website)
  • Submit documents and revisions to FAA for approval
  • Prepare documents and submit requirements for printing requests for printing vendors
  • Update and prepare binders for distribution onto aircraft and outstations
  • Maintain digital library for all airline publications for company and contractor access through Comply365 and various company websites
  • Manage archived revisions
  • Manage MPRR (Maintenance Procedure Revision Request) process and documentation/work flow
  • Assist Manager in numerous capacities including software and system testing and software conversions
  • Track publications aboard aircraft and digital library for compliance
  • Participate in cross department meetings to ensure current compliance
  • Advanced knowledge of publication software such as Microsoft Office, FrameMaker, ProAuthor, XML, Adobe PDF, Paint
  • Complete required training for publication software used in department
  • Audit and edit manual revisions for accuracy prior to submission for approval
  • Troubleshoot any software issues and/or submit tickets to Help Desk customer portal for Comply365 and ProAuthor tools
  • Upload documents to Comply 365 Document Library as Administrator
  • Miscellaneous and other duties, as assigned
