Position Summary

This position will drive alignment, standardization, best practices, and metrics across ADTech's three business unit manufacturing teams to optimize scheduling, capacity, material flow, on-time delivery, and financial accountability. Serve as the ADTech single point coordinating authority across Oceaneering segments and Supply Chain Management.


Duties And Responsibilities

* Partner with customers to understand requirements and manufacturing certifications/processes.
* Anticipate and track upcoming work across ADTech and build capacity to pace it.
* Partner with planning/scheduling to develop an integrated production schedule for ADTech locations.
* Identify opportunities to drive synergies across ADTech manufacturing while still maintaining flexibility and autonomy for programs where applicable.
* Lead modernization efforts to maximize and optimize manufacturing capability and loading across the three businesses.
* Partner with HR/TA/Training to staff manufacturing to meet anticipated delivery schedules and ensure workforce is right-skilled to meet demand.
* Coordinate integration with the Corporate ERP team to ensure seamless integration with ADTech ERP system.
* Provide ADTech-specific Supply Chain Management leadership and support.
* Support Manufacturing Horizontal as the ADTech rep/voice; expand working relationships with OII's other manufacturing operations.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain/operations/engineering management from an accredited college or university; Masters/MBA preferred.
* Minimum 15 years' experience in roles of increasing leadership responsibility in operations, engineering, manufacturing.
* Minimum 7 years' experience leading and/or supporting programs in the Aerospace or Defense industries.
* Demonstrated experience/success leading the full life cycle of program delivery.
* Demonstrated experience leading large teams, greater than 300 team members.

Desired:

* Experience with deep submergence hyperbaric systems
* Able to obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance (TOP SECRET preferred)
* Lean, 5/6S, Six Sigma
* ISO experience and certification


Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

PAY, BENEFITS AND WORK SCHEDULE:

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Employee benefits vary by role, however, may include Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Retirement Savings, Life and Disability, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program. Annualized pay rate for this position is $212,000 to $253,000.
