We're seeking a skilled Injection Molding Setup Operator to help us shape the future, one precision-molded part at a time.

What You'll Do
In this hands-on role, you will:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines for production runs.

• Load and change molds according to production requirements.

• Mix materials to meet product specifications.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure smooth production and quality output.

• Create and modify injection mold programs for both new and existing products.

• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to meet performance, safety, and efficiency goals.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in injection molding setup and operation.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with mold program creation and modification.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
