At CESO, the
Organizational Development Projects Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of organizational development initiatives that enhance team and leader engagement. This role supports critical projects, surveys, and leadership programs with precision and consistency. It requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with executives and senior leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer company-wide OD initiatives, including team and leader engagement programs, surveys, and leadership development workshops.
- Manage the full cycle of survey administration (e.g., team engagement, pulse, and 360 assessments), including scheduling, reminders, and data quality checks.
- Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of assigned initiatives.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and progress tracking.
- Maintain project tracking systems and distribute regular status updates.
- Organize and maintain templates, project documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to coordinate schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and follow through on action items.
- Support the preparation of materials and logistics for leadership team meetings, workshops, and events.
- Ensure that leaders receive timely, accurate updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Compile, clean, and summarize data from surveys and initiatives.
- Prepare clear and concise reports that highlight key findings and metrics for executive review.
- Track and monitor metrics related to leader engagement, participation rates, and program delivery.
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, executive coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in business development and growth of a company.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and dependable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready deliverables.
